Design
Apple took a different approach regarding its iPhone Pro models. While the iPhone 12 pro and iPhone 12 Pro max had different cameras, this time Pt’s all about the size. The 13 Pro is built around a 6.1-inch screen rather than a 6.7-inch one. It’s heavier than the iPhone 13, but still a lot easier to hold one-handed than the Pro max. Its build is nothing short of premium with its stainless steel frame and Corning Glass back. And it’s all IP 68 rated against dust and water up to 6 meters in depth. Also, this generation of iPhones also brings a smaller notch cut-out for the selfie camera and face ID technology. This megaphone measures 160.8 x 78.1 x 7.7 mm (6.33 x 3.07 x 0.30 in) and weighs 240 grams.
Cameras
The Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max and 13 Pro have the same cameras. They’ve both seen an upgrade over last year. The 12-megapixel main camera features a new sensor with larger pixels, as well as sensor-shift stabilization. Then the 12-megapixel telephoto camera has a higher 3x zoom. And the 12 megapixel ultra-wide now has autofocus. The camera quality is the same as the iPhone 13 Pro Max. During the day photos are very good with plenty of detail and natural-looking colors. 3x zoom photos from the telephoto maintain the overall colors of the main camera. The ultra-wide camera also maintains similar colors and dynamic range to the other two cameras and it has autofocus for close-ups. The default setting for the main camera is auto night mode. These images are great with nice detail and highlights.
The Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max can shoot video up to 4K@24/30/60fps with all of its cameras. Footage from the main cam is great with very good detail and lively colors. The same can be said of the footage from the telephoto camera and the ultrawide camera which puts up a strong performance. All of the cameras also feature always-on electronic stabilization which does a great job of smoothing things out. And finally, with cinematic mode on iPhone 13 Pro, you can blur the background behind your subjects dynamically and even switch the focus.
Display and audio
The screen of Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max is a Super Retina XDR OLED screen, measuring 6.1 inches diagonally. It is rather dense at 460 PPI and comes with a high reading 120 Hertz refresh rate which is also dubbed ProMotion by Apple. Of course! This has made it into the mainstream high-end iPhones.
And there is support for HDR 10 and Dolby Vision. In all iPhones, there are stereo speakers, and the one’s loudness level in Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max is consistent with that of other models, which is great too. Here is another area where we saw some variation and that is in the quality of the speakers.
Apple A15 Bionic

Battery
The Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max’s battery is a lot bigger than the 13 Pro with a difference is over 1200 mAh. All praise to the iPhone Pro max for having the best battery life ever for an iPhone. But the regular Pro is more middle of the row. It still is still an improvement over last year. New iPhones don’t come with a charger.
