• Same Day Delivery Within the Nairobi Region – KSH 400  
• We do not charge for local pickups at our shop.

• Delivery Area: We currently ship within Kenya only.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days, Monday to Saturday.
• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 pm East African Time, will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.
• No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed on Sundays.

Delivery Time

• Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 0-3 business days after processing, depending on the destination.

Total Transit Time

• The total transit time for orders is 0-6 days depending on the customers location
